When do pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders begin shipping on a rolling-out basis starting February 2019
How do I operate the Ultimat?
Simple! We have 3 buttons to cycle through the different modes and a number pad to set the timer.
How do I clean the Ultimat?
Wipe down the mat portion of the product with a damp cloth, then wipe dry. Do not wipe over electronics unit and LED strip.
What if my Ultimat doesn't turn on?
Try to swap the battery with a new 9V battery, if this does not work - please contact customer support.
Will there be more color variations in the future?
Yes! We're looking to expand our product line by 2020.
